"More than twenty years ago, members of our community came together to commemorate Mount Vernon’s first two hundred years. Many of them are no longer with us, but their voices remain in a documentary film. Come hear them as we screen “Our Story, 200 Years” at the Woodward Opera House.

This event is a collaboration between the Mayor’s Office, the Woodward Opera House, the Knox County Historical Society, and the Public Library of Mount Vernon and Knox County. Everyone is welcome. Light refreshments will be provided."
